Are you a licensed or pre-licensed therapist in CA, trained in EMDR, and looking to join an intimate group practice? Rise Healing Center is looking for clinicians that will be a good fit to join our team. We offer a highly competitive hourly rate, W2 positions, health insurance for full time clinicians, and a supportive team environment. You can take advantage of flexible scheduling and choose to work remotely or locally in our Santa Barbara office.

Work life balance is encouraged and promoted at our practice. Unlike community mental health centers, or some of the many tech businesses profiting at the expense of clinicians being fairly compensated or treated, we expect clinicians to have caseloads of 15-25 clients a week, which allows time for you to have a full life and nourish yourself and your relationships. We also offer weekly consultation support groups. We believe your well being matters and that you will be better able to serve your clients if you aren’t burned out and if you feel supported.

Therapists must be trained in EMDR. We will support you in becoming certified and will pay for you to do so if that is something you are interested in, as we strive for providing the highest quality of care. Other desirable trainings or interests include ACT, polyvagal theory, parts work, somatic techniques, mindfulness, and couples work training (Imago, Gottman, EFT).
